PROCESS AND APPLICATION:

Surface Preparation

New unpainted iron surfaces

Remove all dirt and grease etc by wiping with suitable solvent. Remove all the rust by scraping, chipping and wire brushing.Prime with WALL PRIMER SEALER and allow it to dry for 8 hrs.

Previously painted iron surfaces

Clean the surface by removing all dirt and grease. Remove loosely adhering or defective paint. For best results apply one coat of WALL PRIMER SEALER .It will give excellent finish and smooth silky effect.

Wood surfaces

Ensure wood and walls are moisture free. To remove grease, wipe with a solvent soaked rage. Dry scuff and smooth the surface with sand paper. Apply one coat of Weldon under coat and allow it to dry over night. Dry scuff again fill the surface if required and dry scuff once more.

Finishing
Stir and mix the paint to smooth consistency after thinning with mineral turpentine, apply 2-3 coats of WALL PRIMER SEALER .
