It provides a reliable surface for the paint colors to stay and for the fine performance of the distempers. It can be applied on cement, chipboards and clipboards. For already painted surfaces it is recommended that the scrap and flakes should be cleaned properly. Buxly Wall Putty is used only for interior application.
